1/14/2012. See the rules/links page for the latest changes to the AASBD rules. Good news: AASBD relaxed some rules about floorboards and axles to allow more cars to race.
12/10/2011. 2012 promises to be another great year of racing with the Local Championship Race to be held Sunday, June 10, 2012 in Tuolumne. The annual NCSBD club meeting is planned for January 29. See the events page for more activities and details.
10/23/2011. Racers from northern California, southern California and Oregon enjoyed two days of racing on the Tuolumne track under sunny skies. Thank you to all of the families, racers, and volunteers for putting in the extra effort to make this a fun event! See the results section for the top finishers.
Tuolumne is "Outstanding Race City" for 2011
7/23/2011. In recognition of the generous community support for Soap Box Derby racing, the City of Tuolumne received the "Outstanding Race City" award for 2011 from All-American Soap Box Derby. Thank you to all of the volunteers, sponsors and families for making these events a big success!

The 2011 Northern California Soap Box Derby Champions are brothers Jacob Naschke in Stock and Isaac Naschke in Super Stock.
